Quick answers
Our classes are held at the Wiigulga Sports Complex, Solitary Islands Way, Woolgoolga NSW 2456.
From the main entrance, the Sangeet rooms are just to your right. Most of our Pilates and Yoga classes run in Sangeet Room 3. Power Pump and the Monday Gentle Hatha Yoga class are held in Sangeet Room 1.
You can also enter directly from the car park — no need to go through reception. Keep an eye out for our A-frame sign outside which will show you exactly which room your class is running in that day.
If it's your first visit and you're not sure where to go, just arrive a few minutes early and one of our teachers will be happy to show you around. 🌿
Comfortable, stretchy clothing that moves with you is all you need — there's no dress code here and absolutely no need for fancy gym wear.
For Pilates, bare feet work well on the mat. If you prefer not to go barefoot, grip socks (sometimes called sticky socks) are a great option and can be found at most sports stores. We've found some lovely inexpensive ones at CottonOn.
For Yoga, bare feet are ideal. We'd also suggest bringing a light layer — a cardigan or hoodie — for the relaxation portion at the end of class when your body temperature drops and the air conditioning can feel a little cool.
For Power Pump, please wear closed-toe trainers with good support. This is a barbell class so proper footwear is important for your safety and stability.
For Pilates, bring a mat — a thicker, cushioned mat works best, ideally 8–15mm, to support your spine and joints during floor work.
For Yoga, a thinner mat is ideal — around 5–6mm — which gives you better stability and connection to the floor during standing poses.
For Power Pump, bring your mat, a water bottle and a towel. You'll be working hard!
Don't have a mat yet? No problem — you're welcome to borrow one of ours while you're getting started.
All props and equipment used in class — blocks, bands, balls, barbells and weights — are provided by us. Just bring yourself and we'll take care of the rest.
Yes — we have a small supply of spare Pilates and Yoga mats available to borrow at no charge.
This is particularly handy if you're travelling to the area for work or on holiday and want to keep up your practice without lugging your mat across the country. Just let us know when you book and we'll have one ready for you.
If you're planning to attend regularly, we do recommend investing in your own mat — both for hygiene reasons and because having the right mat for your practice makes a real difference to your comfort in class. Our FAQ on what to bring has guidance on the best mat thickness for each discipline.
We keep our pricing simple and reward consistency. All class passes work across every discipline — Pilates, Yoga and Power Pump — so you can mix and match freely.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer — it depends on your goals, your schedule and how your body responds.
As a general guide, two to three classes per week is the sweet spot for most people. At that frequency you'll start to feel and see real changes — improved strength, flexibility, posture and energy — within a few weeks of consistent attendance.
Many of our students mix disciplines across the week, combining Pilates for strength and core stability, Yoga for flexibility and mindfulness, and Power Pump for cardiovascular fitness and muscle conditioning. These three complement each other beautifully — what you build in one class supports what you do in the others.
If you're just starting out, one class per week is perfectly fine while you find your feet. The most important thing is showing up consistently — even once a week, every week, will make a meaningful difference over time.
Not sure where to start? Have a chat with one of our teachers before or after class and we'll help you find the right combination for your goals.
Life happens — we get it. You can cancel a class up to 2 hours before the start time and your credit will be automatically returned to your class pass, ready to use for your next booking.
To cancel, simply log into your ReserVie Dashboard by clicking the "My Account" link from the menu, find your upcoming booking and follow the prompts. Not sure how? We've put together a short video tutorial that walks you through it step by step.
[Note that this starts from the old website but the process is just the same].
If you're running short on time or having trouble cancelling online, you can also call or SMS us on 0401 562 747 and we'll sort it out for you.

You can access your dashboard anytime by clicking the "My Account" link from the website menu.
Know someone who's been curious about trying Pilates, Yoga or Power Pump? Bring them along and we'll give you a free class as a thank you.
When you introduce a friend or family member to their very first class at Woopi, your next class is on us — simple as that.
A couple of things to note:
This offer is for new clients taking their first ever class with us — someone beginning or restarting their wellness journey rather than a visitor in town for a few days.
To make sure your free class is credited, just send us a quick message letting us know your friend's name and the class they'll be attending. We love meeting new faces and we'll make sure they feel right at home.
Yes — absolutely and with pleasure.
If you hold private health insurance with extras cover, you may be able to claim back part of your class fees depending on your fund and policy. Cover for Pilates and yoga is often listed under categories such as Pilates, exercise physiology or natural therapies — though inclusions vary between funds and policies, so it's worth a quick check with your insurer.
With many funds adjusting their extras cover regularly, you might be pleasantly surprised by what you're entitled to — or realise you've been leaving money on the table!
Simply ask us for a receipt at any time and we'll get one to you straight away.
Not at all — and we'd love to see more men on the mat.
Our classes welcome everyone regardless of age, fitness level or background. While wellness studios can sometimes feel like female territory, the reality is that Pilates, Yoga and Power Pump deliver genuine, measurable benefits for men — and plenty of our regular students are blokes who'll tell you exactly that. Don't take our word for it — here's what Stuart, one of our regulars, had to say:
"I am a bloke in my 50s. Several months down the track the classes are excellent — no pressure and very welcoming. After several months of Pilates I can feel the difference in my flexibility and strength."
If you're still not convinced, here are three reasons to give it a go:
Core strength that actually transfers — Pilates builds deep core stability that supports every other physical activity, from sport to heavy lifting to simply carrying the groceries without throwing your back out.
A sharper mind-body connection — the focus, breathing and concentration required in both Pilates and Yoga has real benefits for stress, mental clarity and sleep quality.
Better posture and less pain — if you spend long hours at a desk, behind the wheel or on your feet, these classes will address the imbalances and tightness that build up over time.
Still on the fence? Come along and try a class — we guarantee you'll work hard and feel better for it.
